No Refund Policy

At The Poly Kids, we strive to provide the best early childhood education and care. We maintain full transparency with our admission and fee structures. Please note the following:

All fees paid, including admission fees, tuition fees, activity charges, and any other associated payments, are non-refundable.

This policy applies to all modes of payment—online, offline, or through third-party platforms.

No refund will be issued in case of withdrawal, cancellation, absenteeism, or non-attendance of the student for any reason once the payment has been made.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and genuine cases (such as duplicate payment or technical errors), we may consider a refund at our sole discretion. Any such request must be made in writing to info@thepolykids.com within 3 days of the transaction. Proof of transaction and justification will be required.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 15 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway processing timelines. The refund will be issued to the original mode of payment only.
